Today we will speak about “ease of use” & “authentic moments.”
Two of the “holy-grail” terms in 100mentors.
Everything created in our team is aimed towards making the experience of both the students/school and the mentor seamless enough to empower meaningful & authentic interaction, even if one of the two sides is in transit; in a car, in a plane, on a train.
Don’t get us wrong; every 100mentors session should satisfy all our quality standards. The basic ones are:
- Mentor has successfully passed all 4 stages of the 100mentors vetting process. If this is the first time of the mentor, the last stage is an interview, containing a) testing whether the mentor has understood the training material and b) a simulation of the upcoming session, based on the agenda that the class has pre-set.
- The class/individual has fully pre-set the agenda of the meeting, expectations are well-set and both sides left time for live Q&A interaction in the beginning or the end of the session.
- Both the mentor’s and the class technology/devices have been tested, for excellent session quality.
This proactiveness allows us and our mentors to share amazing presentations, no matter whether they are at the airport, their house, the office or.. their car!
This mentor (yesterday’s session) presents from … the driver’s seat. Is he a professional driver? No.
He is a “Business Consultant, Seminars Instructor ……Training Skills: 234 hours as Seminars Instructor”
—“With 13 years of experience in Pharmaceutical & FMCG commercial area, ….& professional skills through seminars, courses & personal coaching. Solid Expertise in Pharmaceutical Sector: – Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (Paedoendocrinology) – Allergy, Asthma & COPD (Respiratory Diseases) – Implementation of Key Account Management & KOL development in the areas of responsibility – Customer Facing Efficacy & Project Management (ROPE Champion UCB KEB South East Europe Area: Project Leader to Train & Support Sales Reps to Implement the new Customer Engagement Model, Insights, Conversational Selling, Negotiations)” —
You understand that neither us nor the mentor would be interested in any kind of “discount” on the quality of his performance or the technical/call performance.
We are happy that our mentors respond to the sense of urgency that our school audiences and teachers set, and they make it happen, with the classes enjoying a vast array of mentors who are readily available, ready to share 20-30 minutes, no matter where they are.
Our mentors know that life is fast paced and knowledge should be shared at any moment 🙂
